Our Strategies Work

During Ken’s time as COO of SenioROI, he helped transform the company from a people-dependent operation into a process-driven organization built for growth. By implementing documented systems, clear accountability, and measurable KPIs, we created a structure that allowed the business to scale substantially and operate smoothly without relying on any one individual. That experience became the foundation for The Strategy Playbook—helping other owners build stronger, more valuable, and exit-ready companies.

Ken Reiter founded Infotek to develop advanced logistics management solutions for the freight forwarding and transportation industry. The company’s flagship product, Web Freight Pro, was one of the first fully web-based transportation management systems (TMS) designed specifically for small and mid-sized freight forwarders. It streamlined quoting, booking, shipment tracking, documentation, and customer communication into a single, cloud-based platform—at a time when most competitors still relied on desktop or legacy systems.

Under Ken’s leadership, Infotek gained a loyal user base across North America and established a strong reputation for innovation and reliability in logistics software. In 2011, Supply Vision, a growing logistics technology company, acquired Web Freight Pro to expand its TMS capabilities and serve a broader base of freight forwarders and 3PLs. The platform continued to evolve and remained a core part of Supply Vision’s offering until the company was later acquired by Descartes Systems Group (NASDAQ: DSGX), a global leader in logistics technology, further extending the reach and impact of the original Infotek innovation.
